No. AI assists with non-clinical drafts that staff review. Clinical or urgent messages are detected and routed to staff with emergency fallback language — the AI never provides medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Yes. Patients can request appointment times through scheduling links added to texts, web chat, follow-ups, and campaigns. Requests are staff-confirmed.
